Easy Chicken Barley Soup


I grew up eating this yummy, simple soup all winter long. It's super easy, and tastes even better the day after!

Chicken Barley Soup
4-6 chicken breasts
3-4 carrots
3-4 stalks of celery
18-20 c. chicken broth
2 cups uncooked barley

1. Begin by boiling the chicken. 
2. In separate pot, add barley to chicken broth.
3. Add carrots, celery, and boiled chicken.
4. Cover and let simmer 45 minutes - 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
5. Enjoy!
